Overview

As a Sales Engineer in Reliability Automation, you will be responsible for achieving significant sales targets while collaborating with engineering teams and providing exceptional customer support.

• Achieve an annual sales target of approximately +US$2M.
• Provide accurate pricing on proposals while maintaining profit margins.
• Supervise and report sales activities and market pricing.
• Develop and lead sales opportunities through CRM.
• Collaborate with engineering to create technical specifications.
• Promote post-sales support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop strategies for key customer accounts.
• Lead project pursuits and deliver product demonstrations.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial reliability automation sales.
• Knowledge of reliability technical/engineering operations.
• Proficiency in Spanish (native) and intermediate English.
• Willingness to travel.
