Manufacturing IT Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

This role supports the stable operation of IT systems at Bosch's domestic sites (factories, warehouses, and offices) by providing troubleshooting and consulting services. The position includes several trips to the site each month.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of networks, server hardware, software, and architectures.
• Administration skills in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and experience in security measures.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+).
• Native-level Japanese proficiency.
• Experience in IT-related operations in manufacturing or logistics is preferred.
• Related certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.
