Manager - Export Control Governance and Risk Management - Remote

Overview

The purpose of this role is to further develop standards and guidelines in U.S. (re-) export controls and sanctions law within the Robert Bosch network worldwide as well as their translation to regional levels. This position serves as an extension of the global team.

In Short

• Manage global risk management and develop governance requirements.
• Monitor legal developments in U.S. export control and sanctions laws.
• Support the design of the re-export control law process landscape.
• Conduct export audits for re-export compliance.
• Issue communications related to changes in export control regulations.
• Prepare and deliver re-export compliance training.
• Act as a contact person for export control laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with export control in the U.S.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. sanctions and export control laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in creating and delivering effective training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Continuous learner willing to stay abreast of research.
