In Short

• Lead the technical implementation of the data governance framework, focusing on data quality, metadata management, and cataloging.
• Define and establish data management standards tailored to Powertrain Solutions.
• Design and implement cross-system concepts to safeguard data quality.
• Analyze and resolve complex data quality use cases across various domains.
• Define and track data quality KPIs and create dashboards.
• Conduct data profiling and ensure effective metadata management.
• Provide expert consultation to data stewards and business units.
• Act as the go-to expert for data governance tools and processes.

Requirements

• Master’s, diploma, or Ph.D. in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in data governance and quality, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Hands-on experience with data quality tools, cataloging solutions, ETL, and data integration technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, data catalog, data quality systems, Azure environments.
• Java, Databricks, Data Warehousing, MS-SQL Databases (nice to have).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; German skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Agile thinker with high levels of self-motivation and adaptability.
