Requirements

• Completed vocational education in automotive mechanics or equivalent
• 1-3 years of workshop experience with vehicles
• Fluent in Italian (C1) and English (B2)
• Team player focused on service and solutions
• Methodical troubleshooting skills
• Basic IT knowledge is advantageous
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
• Strong customer orientation and professional communication
