Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving sales performance, mentoring a team of Outbound Sales Executives, and achieving your own sales targets.

In Short

• Lead and motivate a team of Outbound Sales Executives to exceed sales targets.
• Carry and meet your own individual sales target of 50%.
• Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods.
• Conduct product demos and assist clients with the Booksy App setup.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.
• Prepare regular performance and sales results reports for management.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Represent Booksy at trade fairs and events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and training sessions.

• Proven experience in outbound sales or sales management.
• Experience in leading and coaching sales teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance individual and team sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
