Overview

Bond Sports is a fast growing SAAS company that helps power the youth & recreational sports and fitness market. We help any owner or operator of recreational sports facilities improve their business operations and better manage their courts, fields, pools, gyms or other athletic spaces.

In Short

• Drive high-volume outreach through phone, email, and social platforms.
• Become a subject matter expert on the Bond Sports platform.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into revenue.
• Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Promote an industry-leading product well-received by potential partners.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a sales, SDR, or BDR role—preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Experience in youth sports, sports tech, facility management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills—concise and persuasive.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and modern sales tools.
• Team-first attitude with a passion for sports and tech.
