Shipping Scheduler - Remote

Overview

The Shipping Scheduler is responsible for ensuring that all shipments are scheduled and executed on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures. You’ll handle EDI order processing for our wholesale and retail accounts.

In Short

• Check incoming EDI orders for accuracy.
• Confirm stock availability before releasing orders.
• Prepare and send packaging and pallet instructions.
• Match fulfillment records with EDI transmissions.
• Arrange shipments through retailer portals or carrier systems.
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues.
• Track drop-ship orders to meet SLAs.
• Communicate with warehouse and transport teams.
• Create simple reports on order and shipment status.
• Follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Experience with EDI order processing.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with shipping coordination.
