Overview

The Sales Executive Online will be responsible for acquiring new clients for Bold's Online Payments product and implementing effective prospecting strategies to achieve the company's expected results.

In Short

  • Conduct prospecting, closing, implementation, maintenance, and development of clients.
  • Establish commercial relationships with target clients based on product, price, and strategy parameters.
  • Provide advice and information about Bold's products or services.
  • Understand the products deeply, including their features, benefits, and limitations.
  • Assist clients during onboarding and throughout the sales cycle.
  • Meet the budget assigned by the company for specified periods.
  • Handle confidential client information responsibly.
  • Maintain the company's excellent image.
  • Ensure high customer service standards and solutions for any issues.
  • Contribute to the development of the Commercial Area and company growth.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of financial technology products.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Ethical and legal sales practices.
