Senior Design Project Coordinator – Commercial Interiors - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a self-starter Senior Design Project Coordinator to join our CET Design Team. This is a 100% remote position designed for someone with strong administrative and logistical skills, ready to make a significant impact.

In Short

• Manage quotations and procurement for commercial office furniture projects.
• Coordinate vendor communication and logistical project support.
• Maintain organized project files including contracts and invoices.
• Create and manage project timelines and key communications.
• Support designers with accurate takeoffs from drawings.
• Act as a liaison for product availability and lead times.
• Support scheduling of installations and deliveries.
• Assist with budget tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with vendor representatives.
• Ensure smooth information flow across teams and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project support or coordination.
• Familiarity with US commercial office furniture manufacturers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong mathematical skills for measurements and budgeting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
