Overview

The C-17 Manufacturing Operations GRIP Manager will lead the Operations Team for Heavy Maintenance and Overhaul of the C-17 aircraft, ensuring efficient operations and team development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance or modifications.
• 3+ years of experience in leading teams.
• 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing operations.
• Experience in continuous process improvement and lean processes.
• Knowledge of commercial or military airplane maintenance.
• Willingness to work variable shifts.
• Must meet export control compliance requirements.
