Associate Electrical Mechanic – Executive Fleet - Remote

Overview

The Associate Electrical Mechanic will join Boeing's Executive Fleet team in San Antonio, TX, performing electrical modifications and repairs on aircraft systems.

In Short

• Perform connector terminations for various wire types.
• Read and interpret engineering documents.
• Assemble and install electrical wiring and systems.
• Troubleshoot aircraft electrical malfunctions.
• Maintain certifications and comply with safety procedures.
• Work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
• Ensure quality checks of electrical assemblies.
• Operate electric powered elevating equipment.
• Perform all tasks related to material and tool coordination.
• Pass assessments and meet security clearance requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in electrical/electronic theories.
• Experience with schematics and assembly drawings.
• Ability to repair and modify electrical systems.
• Must be able to lift loads of approximately 35 pounds.
• FAA certification preferred.
• Active US Security Clearance preferred.
