• 3-5 years of management experience, SaaS experience preferred.
• Tech-savviness, familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
• Experience in FinTech or logistics is a plus.
• Strong team collaboration and mentoring skills.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating performance metrics.
