Junior Finance and Business Intelligence Partner (CFO Office) - Remote

Overview

As a Junior Finance Partner, you will work directly with our CFO, actively engaging in finance, reporting, and BI topics, all while contributing to a dynamic environment that values intelligence, precision, and initiative.

In Short

• Support the CFO with operational and strategic finance and BI topics.
• Prepare analyses, reports, dashboards, presentations, and payroll preparations.
• Structure and coordinate meetings, decisions, and finance projects.
• Independently handle administrative tasks in finance.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Controlling, HR, Legal, and other key areas.
• Play an active role in optimizing our processes and reporting structures.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar.
• 1-2 years of experience in an analytical, finance, or BI-related role.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus (e.g., PowerBI, Looker, Tableau).
• Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of accounting is desirable.
