The Senior Business Intelligence Analytics Partner will manage and deliver analytic solutions, transforming complex healthcare data into scalable dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop analytics solutions that drive impact.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned focus areas.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Write and maintain code across multiple data platforms (SQL Server, Data Bricks).
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through validation and quality checks.
• Manage work in sprints or Kanban, defining clear objectives.
• Support continuous improvement in analytics methodologies.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical documentation.
• Perform other duties to support analytics and reporting initiatives.
