Escalated Customer Support Agent (Turkish Language Fluency Required) - Remote

Overview

Blueprint is currently looking for an Escalated Customer Support Agent (Turkish Language fluency required) to be part of the team, responsible for superior user support for our client’s customers and resolving escalated customer issues.

In Short

• Deliver world-class customer service by following established policies and standards.
• Manage and respond to Tier 3 customer support tickets requiring independent resolution.
• Follow established troubleshooting procedures to diagnose issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure first-time resolution.
• Multitask between multiple tools and systems.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and productivity metrics.
• Coordinate with other teams to provide feedback and resolve issues.
• Research and resolve escalated issues.
• Monitor client-facing tools and keep up with updates.
• Champion Blueprint’s core values in daily tasks.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1+ years in customer support and/or technical troubleshooting.
• Fluency in English and Turkish languages required.
• Comfortable using computers and proficient typing skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
