Overview

As a Business Operations Analyst at Blueprint, you will support the delivery of industry solutions and enable customer success by orchestrating business rhythms, reviewing data, and partnering with stakeholders across multiple regions.

• Manage and support business rhythms such as weekly delivery health reviews and leadership forums.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in business management, program coordination, or operations.
• 5+ years supporting Rhythm of Business processes.
• 5+ years reviewing and analyzing data in Excel and PowerBI.
• Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis.
• Highly organized and adaptable.
• Capable of strategic thinking and consultative engagement.
