Overview

The Business Operations Analyst at JLL is responsible for providing operational and technical administration of the Corrigo system, supporting operational processes, product enhancements, and managing the implementation of changes.

• Remote position with a preference for candidates in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
• Responsible for the operational administration of Corrigo.
• Support alignment of operational processes and platform initiatives.
• Conduct training on Corrigo for new accounts and sites.
• Analyze data and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
• Manage user access and ensure data quality standards.
• Generate various performance reports for account management.
• Serve as a point of contact for CMMS systems-related inquiries.
• Maintain system documentation and user training materials.
• Collaborate with account teams to address requests and escalations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience managing CMMS/work order applications.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative style.
• Ability to manage work priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated process orientation and data-driven mindset.
