Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary client advocate and trusted advisor, driving customer performance and long-term success through strategic collaboration and impactful solutions.

In Short

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Develop and refine omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with clients to define success metrics.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics.
  • Lead regular strategic planning sessions with clients.
  • Act as the voice of the client internally.
  • Collaborate with internal and client technical teams.
  • Provide feedback to internal Product and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data.
  • Expertise in marketing campaign strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams.
  • High proficiency using spreadsheets and creating presentations.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in customer success.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level retail clients.
