Overview

We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of a new application running on a scalable, high-performance Java platform, enhancing network performance and security.

In Short

Lead the development of backend services using Java and Jetty.
Ensure applications scale for massive data ingestion.
Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers.
Collaborate with product and platform teams.
Integrate open-source solutions for efficiency.
10+ years of Java backend development experience required.
Expertise in multithreaded programming and Jetty.
Strong understanding of systems design and performance tuning.
Experience with high throughput systems is essential.
Familiarity with SNMP, NetFlow, and API frameworks is a plus.

Requirements

10+ years professional experience in Java backend development.
Proven expertise in multithreaded programming.
Deep experience with Jetty or similar embedded web servers.
Strong understanding of systems design and I/O performance tuning.
Solid grasp of JVM internals and memory management.
