Overview

The Account Executive - LATAM is responsible for increasing market penetration, exceeding quarterly booking targets, and growing the book of business year over year by developing and executing sales strategies.

In Short

  • Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies.
  • Manage complex sales situations and large projects.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships.
  • Orchestrate partner resources to drive opportunities to close.
  • Manage business forecasting using Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams.
  • Present at industry events and tradeshows.
  • Achieve pipeline growth over 100% in assigned territory.
  • Engage and manage cross-functional resources.
  • Travel approximately 60% of the time.

Requirements

  • Experience with LATAM partner and distribution ecosystem.
  • Five or more years of experience in Enterprise New Business or Account Management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or equivalent.
  • Excellent relationship building and consultative selling skills.
  • Understanding of large business organizations and buying cycles.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience selling network solutions is preferred.
  • Must be able to work from home.
