Customer Experience Representative I - Remote

Overview

The CX Rep I is an entry-level position responsible for handling basic customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring a positive customer experience.

In Short

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to billing and account changes.
• Document customer interactions and update records.
• Maintain professionalism and customer service.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Upsell products or services.
• Escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Meet or exceed KPIs.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Two years of related experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Minimum internet speed of 30 mbps download and 10 mbps upload.
• Designated work area free from distractions.
• Ability to participate in 2 weeks of Virtual Training.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
