Overview

The Customer Experience Representative I (CX Rep I) is responsible for delivering first-level customer support, focusing on basic account management and Tier I technical troubleshooting.

In Short

  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding account and billing inquiries.
  • Provide Tier I technical troubleshooting and support.
  • Document customer interactions and update records.
  • Maintain professionalism and customer service standards.
  • Participate in training sessions for product knowledge.
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate support.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Must live in Florida.
  • Available for variable schedules including overnights and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM.
  • Two years of call center experience preferred.
  • Minimum internet speed of 50 mbps download.
  • Designated work area free from distractions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
