In Short

  • Provide accurate and quality responses to customer inquiries via email.
  • Exceed customer expectations to provide a first-class experience.
  • Follow existing SOPs to resolve order issues and inquiries.
  • Communicate emerging trends in customer needs to management.
  • Educate customers on policies, tools, and product lines.
  • Triage customer tickets within the team and cross-departmentally.
  • Work in a high-volume technology organization.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Available for overnight shifts (EST).

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn complex systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the collectible gaming industry.
  • Experience with a high-performing customer experience team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Passion for providing legendary support.
  • Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Experience in the gaming or hobby industry preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
