Evaluation Manager, Chapters and Outposts - Remote

Overview

The Evaluation Manager is responsible for guiding Blue Star Families’ evaluation strategy for Blue Star Families’ chapters and outposts. This role involves working with the Associate Director of Evaluation and collaborating with the chapters team to refine logic models, surveys, dashboards, and reports.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of program evaluation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Expertise in Tableau or similar data analysis software.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment.
• Experience with military and veteran families is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
