The Chapter Web and Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting our Chapters program by managing website requests, providing technical assistance, and helping utilize our online community platform, Blue Star Neighborhood.

• Manage and fulfill website requests for the Chapters program.

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years experience in website design and maintenance.
• Strong background in digital marketing or website management.
• WordPress design experience is required.
• Experience with community engagement tools.
• Excellent project management and organization skills.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and SEO.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the military family experience.
