Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcer - Remote

Overview

Blue Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcer to support our hiring efforts on a part-time or contract basis with the potential to convert to full time.

In Short

• Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (Ashby).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience with timely updates.
• Proactively source and engage top talent through various channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes.
• Assist in crafting job descriptions and recruitment materials.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Take on additional responsibilities in building the recruiting function.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, Ashby is a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple scheduling needs efficiently.
• Strong sourcing skills to engage passive candidates.
• High attention to detail and accurate record maintenance.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
