Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for generating a robust sales pipeline and closing high-value deals that directly contribute to the company's revenue goals.

In Short

  • Lead generation and qualification through Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Qualify, shape, and close deals by understanding client needs.
  • Build relationships with solution partner sales teams and clients.
  • Develop tailored presentations of Blue Acorn iCi services.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual booking targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data for financial planning and forecasting.
  • Help optimize sales processes for continuous improvement.
  • Experience in agency or relevant solution sales is required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) is preferred.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a digital agency environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in pipeline management and deal closure.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing and financial services sectors is a plus.
