Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a strategic, data-driven B2B Marketing Consultant with deep expertise in the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)—preferably Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Real-Time CDP (RTCDP)—to help our enterprise clients design and execute world-class customer engagement strategies.

• Lead Strategic B2B Engagements—Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies that span the entire buyer journey.
• Bridge Strategy and Technology—Translate marketing goals into actionable use cases connecting AEP capabilities to pipeline growth.
• Consultative Partnering—Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and facilitate workshops.
• Customer Journey Design—Develop segmentation frameworks and personalization strategies.
• Operational Maturity & Roadmapping—Create strategic roadmaps to enhance digital-marketing operations.
• Drive Measurable Outcomes—Ensure every engagement ties back to business value.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing or marketing-technology consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Experience Platform, ideally AJO and RTCDP.
• Proven success in designing data-driven customer engagement programs.
• Strong ability to translate complex business goals into measurable marketing use cases.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Background in MarTech ecosystems (Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) preferred.
