In Short

• Full-time position with a minimum onboarding period at HQ in Zurich.
• Remote work from Germany after onboarding.
• Lead end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products.
• Design scalable solutions tailored to customer workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful integration.
• Work with sales to create tailored implementation plans.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements.
• Focus on driving results and maximizing automation rates.
• Fluent in German and English required.
• Experience in consulting or project management preferred.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bonus for familiarity with ERP systems or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
