Project Manager, HR Consultant - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for leading and supporting HR-related projects and initiatives. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and the successful implementation of HR strategies and programs across the organization. This is a remote role. All qualified candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Please note that we do not work C2C.

In Short

• Lead and manage HR projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies for HR initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key metrics and outcomes.
• Develop and deliver project documentation, training materials, and presentations as required.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the HR function, driving efficiencies and improving service delivery.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and metrics for leadership as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR practices and recommend solutions.
• Perform other duties as required.
