In Short

• Collaborate with sales and customers to understand requirements and design implementation plans.
• Lead and manage the implementation process for high customer satisfaction.
• Work with the development team to address technical challenges and system integration.
• Act as the primary contact for customers during implementation.
• Capture feature suggestions for the engineering team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Excellent project management skills to manage multiple projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical implementation or project management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to exceptional service.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud-based SaaS solutions is a plus.
