IT Project Manager / Consultant - Remote

Overview

This role involves not only implementing maintenance systems but also empowering people to maximize their maintenance processes. You will support customers technically and accompany them in their long-term success.

In Short

• Guide clients through maintenance digitalization projects from start to finish.
• Analyze data and manage data migration processes.
• Create workflows and Crystal Reports.
• Conduct structured workshops tailored to various industries.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Delivery Managers and Product Owners.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of system usage and customer processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics or equivalent education.
• Experience in designing and implementing IT projects, data migrations, and SQL databases.
• Proficient in software installations and system technology.
• Strong communication skills with superusers and colleagues.
• Service-oriented and enjoys customer contact.
• Independent and structured working style with a desire for diverse projects.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (B1), French is a plus.
• Versatility across various industries and implementation projects is desired.
