Senior Application Manager & IT Project Leader - Remote

Overview

The role involves leading the development and implementation of the CareOffice software and managing complex IT projects in medium to large enterprises.

In Short

• Lead digitalization projects from start to finish for clients in the DACH region.
• Conduct workshops in German and English tailored to various industries.
• Ensure stable operation of the software and manage change and rollout activities.
• Analyze incidents and collaborate with colleagues to find sustainable solutions.
• Automate and integrate processes using SQL, PowerShell, REST API.
• Document security concepts and conduct training sessions.
• Work closely with the CTO and project teams in both German and English.
• Proactively improve system usage and provide support to clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, Master's preferred.
• Certification in IPMA C, ITIL, and HERMES.
• Several years of experience in agile ERP projects and application management.
• Strong SQL database skills and experience with data migrations.
• Familiarity with software installations and system technology.
• Excellent German (C2) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• Willingness to work with various industries and project locations in the DACH region.
