Requirements

• Completed training in a technical field with practical experience in maintenance or facility management.
• Strong affinity for IT and experience with common tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, CAFM, EAM, CareOffice).
• Didactic talent and enjoyment in training, consulting, and communicating with users and colleagues.
• Customer-oriented thinking and patience; ability to build trust.
• Independent, structured working style with a willingness to engage in varied projects.
• Excellent German language skills (C2) and good English skills are an advantage.
