This role involves empowering maintenance professionals through digitalization in maintenance processes and providing long-term support to clients in their success.

In Short

• Guide clients in digitalizing maintenance processes using our software from start to finish.
• Analyze data and manage data migration projects.
• Create workflows and Crystal Reports.
• Conduct workshops tailored to various industries.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Delivery Managers and Product Owners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system usage and customer processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in IT project design and implementation, data migrations, and SQL databases.
• Proficient in software installations and system technology.
• Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Independent and structured work style.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (B1), French is a plus.
