Overview

As an Executive Assistant to Natalie Dusome, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO of Poppy & Peonies, ensuring her time and commitments are managed effectively while contributing to brand-building efforts.

In Short

• Manage scheduling and calendar for the CEO.

Requirements

• 3+ years supporting a high-level executive.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and resourceful problem solver.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in a creative environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Social media management experience is an asset.

• Annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000 CAD.
