Develop and manage a sales pipeline of organizational accounts.
Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales.
Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
Collaborate with decision-makers to identify solutions.
Conduct market analysis to prioritize accounts.
Work closely with cross-functional partners.
Leverage networking opportunities to advance relationships.
Requirements
Proven sales experience in SaaS or digital content.
Experience selling to Learning & Development departments.
Consistent track record of meeting pipeline generation targets.
Experience managing high-volume sales cycles.
Fluency in English, preferably German.
Strong understanding of business environments.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
