Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our rapidly growing B2B team. You must demonstrate drive, grit, creativity, agility - and be wildly committed to your client's success.

In Short

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline of organizational accounts.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with decision-makers to identify solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to prioritize accounts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners.
  • Leverage networking opportunities to advance relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in SaaS or digital content.
  • Experience selling to Learning & Development departments.
  • Consistent track record of meeting pipeline generation targets.
  • Experience managing high-volume sales cycles.
  • Fluency in English, preferably German.
  • Strong understanding of business environments.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
