In Short

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with customers to build strategic success plans.
  • Apply domain knowledge to support customer success plans.
  • Engage regularly with customers through structured touchpoints.
  • Analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in customer success roles.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Learning & Development or Talent Development teams is desirable.
  • Creative and driven problem solver.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally.
