Overview

The HR Generalist will represent Blink’s culture through daily interactions, providing guidance on HR questions and managing onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Serve as a first point of contact for HR inquiries.
• Manage high-touch onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate with payroll regarding benefits and timekeeping.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee HR ticketing and HRIS systems for data integrity.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
