In Short

• Location: Remote (must be able to work across U.S. time zones)
• Duration: Approximately a 12-month consulting project with the possibility of extension

• Analyze customer data for card conversion prioritization
• Manage simple to complex card implementations
• Engage with clients for program setup and troubleshooting
• Support clients during program launch and post-launch
• Identify gaps in existing implementation processes
• Manage intake requests from Salesforce
• Drive the advancement of virtual card adoption

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in card program implementation
• Experience in virtual card implementation
• 2+ years managing a team for card platform implementation
• 2+ years in client communication and management
• 2+ years managing complex credit card programs
