Associate Account Manager - Remote

Overview

Blavity Inc. is looking for an Associate Account Manager with a high attention to detail for our AfroTech Sales team. As an Associate Account Manager, you will partner directly with Account Managers to maintain and grow existing client relationships and handle the execution of AfroTech partnership campaigns.

In Short

• Support Account Managers by serving as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Schedule meetings between existing clients and Account Managers.
• Gather intelligence on clients to prepare Account Managers for upcoming meetings.
• Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with Account Manager and existing clients.
• Support Account Managers during meetings through taking thorough notes.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to create pitch materials.
• Check the quality of documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Manage data within Salesforce.
• Manage all components of client sponsorships.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to execute client campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2+ years of Account Management, Media Sales, or Experiential Sales experience.
• A proven track record of success managing a large volume of accounts.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
• Independent, entrepreneurial self-starter.
• High-energy, positive attitude; motivated to work hard.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• A healthy appreciation of GIFs and Black culture.

• Occasional travel may be required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Candidates must be available to work in alignment with the Pacific Time Zone 50% of the time.
• The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000.
