Overview

BlackCloak is seeking a dynamic individual to join as an Onboarding Specialist, focusing on establishing and maintaining relationships with clients through their onboarding process while ensuring a successful experience.

In Short

• Support the Client Success team for effective client onboarding.
• Assist in scheduling and running client onboardings.
• Create onboarding materials and follow-up activities.
• Conduct outreach to existing clients for optimal platform utilization.
• Assist CyberSecurity team with customer inquiries.
• Participate in client follow-up sessions as needed.
• Manage client interactions within Client Success tools.
• Contribute to client communications and education.
• Maintain knowledge of BlackCloak’s solutions and best practices.
• Work in a remote environment with autonomy.

Requirements

• 1+ years in Customer Success or IT help desk role.
• Experience with executive level clients is a plus.
• Relevant experience in cybersecurity or privacy is a plus.
• CompTIA Security+ or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel in limited circumstances.
