Sales Executive Team Lead - Dutch Speaking - Remote

Overview

BizAway is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive Team Lead who will contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team while leading a small team of Sales Executives.

In Short

• Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract.
• Present solutions to various stakeholders including C-Levels and HR Directors.
• Conduct live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
• Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
• Provide coaching and training to team members during Sales calls.
• Forecast Sales Revenue and manage deal pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with the SDR Team to enhance pipeline quality.
• Propose actions and strategies to improve the sales process.
• Work in a fast-changing environment with flexibility.
• Contribute to a multicultural and international team.

Requirements

• Excellent level of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• At least 2 years of experience as a top-performer AE in a tech company.
• Proactive and flexible with a “no excuses” attitude.
• Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Travel industries is a plus.
