Overview

As a Brand Marketing Manager at BizAway, you will be responsible for shaping and managing the voice and visibility of our brand, collaborating cross-functionally to amplify our presence in the market.

• Lead branding, PR, partnerships, customer marketing, and employer branding initiatives.
• Build and execute brand positioning and visual consistency.
• Manage PR strategy including press releases and media relations.
• Launch and optimize partner and co-marketing campaigns.

• Support internal branding initiatives.
• 4-6 years of experience in brand, communications, or marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of PR and brand-building.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• A team player who thrives in fast-moving environments.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing.
• Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Organized, strategic, and creative thinker.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
• Experience in start-ups or scale-ups is a plus.
