In Short

  • Build long-term customer relationships and strategically develop existing key accounts, especially at C-level in specified industries.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities, pursue them, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Create visibility and reach for our topics. Represent our business area both internally and externally, e.g., through workshops, lectures, and participation in conferences and events.
  • Monitor trends in relevant sectors, actively observe corresponding markets, and foster an entrepreneurial growth culture.
  • As an experienced (Senior) Manager, advise our clients in the areas of Customer Experience, Customer Journey, Touchpoint Management, Omnichannel Sales, and Digital Marketing.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in consulting with a focus on Life Sciences, Industry, Transport & Logistics, Government & International Institutions, Energy Sector, Financial Services.
  • Existing sales expertise, a well-developed customer network, and experience in bidding and proposal processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital customer topics.
  • Future-oriented mindset and experience in leading/coaching and developing distributed or virtual teams.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel for customer support and consulting projects within the DACH region.
