Executive Director, Global Planning - Remote

Overview

The Executive Director of Global Supply Chain Planning will lead the strategic, tactical, and operational planning functions across our supply chain, driving end-to-end planning excellence from clinical to commercial supply.

• Lead enterprise Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
• Oversee supply and demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning.
• Drive forecasting and scenario planning for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure planning excellence across segmented supply chains.
• Champion the use of ERP and advanced planning tools.
• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for global planning transformation.
• Lead business process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for planning performance.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing global team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business.
• 15+ years of experience in global supply chain planning.
• Deep experience in biopharma supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of GxP and regulatory compliance.
• APICS or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience with SAP ERP, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, or OMP.
• Skilled in business process modeling tools.
