In Short

• Manage the existing portfolio of KYC and KYB vendors.
• Develop and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Drive contract extension/new vendor onboarding.
• Evaluate vendor performance data by tracking key metrics.
• Collaborate to address performance gaps and drive improvements.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for vendor compliance.
• Handle monthly billing, forecasting, and usage tracking.
• Conduct market analysis to identify and select new vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of KYC or vendor management experience.
• Familiarity with contract management and vendor evaluation.
• Result-driven with strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and coordination skills.
• Adaptable to fast-paced remote working environment.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required.
