OTC Sales Trader - EMEA - Remote

In Short

• Manage the full OTC trade lifecycle during EMEA hours.
• Drive new volumes and provide market color to clients.
• Work with sales and BD teams to facilitate client needs.
• Handle OTC product transactions across spot, derivatives, and fiat assets.
• Perform trade execution on DeFi and decentralized platforms.
• Support ad-hoc tasks on trade investigations and risk management.
• Work with operations team to improve middle-office operations.

Requirements

• Strong education background, preferably Masters in finance, engineering, or mathematics.
• 4+ years of experience as an OTC Sales Trader.
• Good understanding of the OTC trade lifecycle and pricing methods.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and liquidity concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills across different geographies.
• Experience with electronic OTC flows and structured products is a plus.
• Ability to work with Python and SQL is a plus.
• Experience/interest in the crypto/DeFi industry is a plus.
