OTC Sales Trader - APAC - Remote

In Short

• Manage the full OTC trade lifecycle for institutional clients.
• Drive new volumes and provide market color to clients.
• Work closely with the VIP sales team to identify new clients.
• Monitor electronic OTC flow of spot and derivatives products.
• Perform trade execution on DeFi and decentralized platforms.
• Support ad-hoc tasks related to trade investigations.
• Work with trade operations and developers to improve middle-office operations.

Requirements

• Strong education background, preferably Masters, in finance, engineering, or mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience as an OTC Sales Trader.
• Good understanding of the OTC trade lifecycle and execution methods.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and liquidity concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills for global team interactions.
• Experience with electronic OTC flows is a plus.
• Ability to work with Python and SQL is a plus.
• Experience/interest in the crypto/DeFi industry is a plus.
